Local Kettlebellers

I have been taking the Training Studio’s weekly Kettlebell class all year. I stumbled upon the idea, when I was surfing around their web site, looking to add a jolt to my work out routine. I had never heard of it before! This workout has been the perfect addition to what I was already doing – yoga and running/walking.

For me, Kettlebell offers a great balance between strength and endurance training. It combines a weightlifting type workout, with power and FUN. Jeff has been incredible and varying the Kettlebell exercises/routine to keep the workout challenging and effective. It’s never boring and each week my body feels worked, yet it’s staying lean and strong rather than big and bulky. It’s just what I needed.
